Network Zen Foundation has announced a donation of 50 laptops including IT support, warranty, and covers to StandUp for Kids: Orange County in partnership with Greenlight Information Services.
Team members from all three organizations celebrated together after the laptops were delivered to the StandUp for Kids: Orange County office with food, balloons, and fun photos. This collaboration has been impactful for everyone involved, changing the lives of local students for the better.
Now more than ever students need access to distance learning opportunities. This technology will support homeless and at-risk youth in their educational goals and ensure they can always complete their schoolwork from wherever they are. Network Zen and Greenlight Information Services partnered to fund the purchase and configuration of each laptop.
StandUp For Kids: Orange County supports many school districts including Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaheim and Huntington Beach. StandUp for Kids – Orange County was launched in 2003 with a single focus: To end the cycle of youth homelessness in our community. They work to provide basic needs, housing, mentoring support, care, and love to at-risk and homeless youth ages 12-24. In 2021, they adjusted programming to address COVID restrictions and changes.
